Become a Customer Hero

You love (software) technology and naturally enjoy working with people in a team. You will onboard new customers and help existing customers reach their full potential in Relayter. This can be as simple as training the right staff members or as complex as error-checking large sets of import data. Every day can be a different challenge, but the 👊🏼 fist-bumps with your tech colleagues and the 🙏🏼 high-fives of your customers make it worth your while!

Together with your teammates from Customer Success and Product Development, you make sure the customers are fully taken care of and strive for 100% Customer Happiness 👍🏼.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the timely and complete implementation of new customers in Relayter
  • Consult the customer on design templates, campaign data structures, and Relayter workflows automations, together with your colleagues from the product development team
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimise customer’s marketing production processes
  • Act as translator between the customers and our product development team, presenting issues and feature requests
  • Provide customers with support via chat / phone / email on any issues they might run into

What we require of you:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch & English
  • Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customer make correct setup decisions
  • You are technical savvy and can explain features to customers
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Collaborative and team oriented mindset
  • Strong learning aptitude and the ability to become deeply fluent in Relayter features and the processes of the retail marketing industry
  • Must be living in the Netherlands and not further away than 50 km from Haarlem

What we would appreciate:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (HBO niveau)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible (ability to work across different time zones) and able to think quickly
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and its complex marketing productions; Folders, POS materials, Banners, Social media, etc.
