Support Engineer & Tester
We are looking for a responsible and driven Support Engineer & Software Tester who enjoys solving technical challenges and goes the extra mile to help customers succeed.

Your Role
As Support Engineer & Tester you are the bridge between customers and development. You help users with technical questions, investigate issues and make sure our software works reliably before new releases go live.
You enjoy troubleshooting, testing software and working together with colleagues to improve our platform.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email and online meetings
- Investigate and reproduce software issues and bugs
- Test new features and platform updates before release
- Create and maintain test scenarios and documentation
- Help monitor platform stability and quality
- Work together with developers and CSM to resolve issues quickly
- Support onboarding and setup of new customers
- Think along about improving workflows and user experience

What we are looking for:
- Minimum MBO technical education level
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Affinity with software, IT and SaaS platforms
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Accurate and solution oriented mindset
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies
- Experience with software testing or technical support is a plus
- Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks or data files is a plus
